I notice their server is Windows 2003 running mDeamon mail server. I think Ubuntu or CentOS with Exim as the MTA might be a better, cheaper, safter alternative. Also, take a peek at SQL-Ledger, OpenERP and WebERP. I see huge potential in implementing these in this market. I'm a big fan of Intranets.
