WP7 phones are not selling. Any wonder why? Ha! MS just left WM users in the lurch and adopted a completely new operating system (not really new…Zune). So how many WM users are going to switch over to WP7. Not me. I’m done with MS and will go to Android. So, if WM users do not switch over, that means MS has to sell to completely new users…and lots of them. MS has poured boatloads of money into marketing and thrown more boatloads of money at developers hoping for apps. Developers, obviously, have abandoned development for WM, but no one is buying WP7 phones. On the first day of release, less than 40,000 WP7 phones were sold. By contrast, more than 160,000 Android phones are sold each day and iPhone, well, many more than that. Good luck MS. Way to abandon loyal WM customers.
