I haven’t know about the twi.bz.
Just after a try i came to analyze that it quite fair and open.
for example i tried to shorten this post and result is http://honeytechblog.twi.bz/a

Only cons:For the sites having large no of character short url will be of no use?
What if site having 2000+ word?(very rare case but i was just putting my points)

I tested the aafter.us and it also produce the bit.ly and tinyurl at the same time.Very fast and effective.
Cons:Its with with any UI,i think just by implementing a nice UI this can work as a good service.Secondly the domain is bit long if we compare with other services.
Ps:I like the service and is added into the list.
Any other points?

Here is another offering: http://tiny.by . Get a custom short URL like “tiny.by/yourname”. Advanced features like URL password protection, visitor counter, masked redirection (hide the destination URL). You can also shorten up to 4 URLs at once.
