Google Maps Brings Webcam Layer In Maps

Google Maps brings webcams layer in maps around the world. By using the menu just enable by clicking on “more..” and select “webcams”.
Google maps using webcams.travel to aggregating the snapshots and webcamps.travel has more then 9000 webcams enlisted. “All the webcams from Webcams.travel are now available on the integrated layer of Google Maps. This was made possible within the cooperation of Webcams.travel with Google,” says Webcams.travel’s blog.
When you’re clicking on the thumbnail, Google will show ” “a snapshot of the camera that has been taken in the last 15 minutes”. You’ll need to click on the snapshot twice (first at Google Maps and then at webcams.travel) to get to the source and see the live webcam. — says Alex
A great initiate and more faster communication and live snapshots in front of you. Enjoy

this is the most amazing feature of Google map,what can we expect more than that! I hope for the best internet speed to use the feature once in a lifetime.

Some how I will never promote this feature of Google map. This is like invading privacy.
Already we have seen some great reactions on use of Google Street view, as they were showing people walking out from pubs and adult shops.

@Harsh
Yeah that was “sex toy shop” and soon after the complain google blur the face of that person coming out of the shop.
Later their were so many controversy on the street view map and google also declared that people may feel free who wants to remove their personal contents from the map.

@Himanshu
If their isn’t any privacy policy Google will glad to telecast the weddings,mundans,private parties,honeymoon,ATM locations,bank robbery.
Guess what?
It reminds me of the movie “Body Of Lie” where American satellite trace the “Lenardo” even in the deserts of the Afghanistan.
