Go to Juno.com
Click the link for Free Internet Access
Click the Add to cart link on the page
Click Check out
Make an account
Download the software
Find a Local Number for your area.
Go into windows dial up networking (Start-Control Panel- Internet Options-Connections)
Click Add
Enter the info that juno gave you (phone number, user name and pass)
You’re done and now have free internet
