How to Make a Playstation 2 Lego Memory Card Holder

2 Comments » | This post was viewed 5860 times.
  1. Start with an 8×8 plate. You could also use two 4×8 plates or four 2×8 plates, but the finished dimensions have to be 8×8 for a Playstation memory card to fit.
  2.

Attach two 1×8 bricks on opposite sides and one 2×6 brick between them as pictured. If you use plates instead of bricks, be sure to use three. The finished height must be equal to the height of one brick for the memory card to fit.

  3.

Test fit the holder with a memory card. Adjust as necessary.

  4. Attach four 2×8 plates as shown. Now you should have one slot for one memory card.

  5. To make more slots, repeat steps 2-4 as needed.

Tips

  • It is easier if you use larger pieces that will fit across the 8×8 base. Long pieces help, too.
  • This is especially useful if you have a memory card for multiple games or a large capacity card that won’t fit in the game cases.
  • This will also work for other memory cards. You just need to adjust the measurements.

Things You’ll Need

  • One 8×8 plate
  • Two 1×8 bricks
  • One 2×6 brick
  • Four 2×8 plates
  • One PS2 memory card
