Check Out Twitter’s New Mobile Site

While twitter mobile site is here for quite some time, Twitter now decided to renew it. Instead of http://m.twitter.com, we now have http://mobile.twitter.com, that comes with few interesting changes. The mobile team has built a brand new mobile web client from scratch, using only Twitter APIs, and shares the result with us.

According to Twitter Blog –

Our new mobile web site is previewing today, just point your phone’s browser to http://mobile.twitter.com. Its got a great new look, and has some great new touches that will make your mobile experience on Twitter a bit more fun and a lot more helpful. Let us know if you agree and especially tell us how we can make it better.

The old site is still accessible to those who wish to use and the new site presently works best with Webkit browsers – Android, iPhone, Nokia S60 and Palm Web OS phones all come with these browsers installed. Other browsers like BlackBerry work too, but with some hits and misses.
