Google’s Music Service Goes Live
Google might have started with a simple search engine, but the search giant soon made an extraordinary entry in industries like mobile phones and computers. Now emboldened with its performance in all sector, Google confidently take a step forward to music industry. Google has unveiled a music search page that would let music loves play millions of songs for free. The additional feature would include buying or rent songs from many online music stores. The major search partners remain MySpace and Lala.

Today, we’re rolling out a search feature that does just that by enabling you to search and more easily discover millions of songs, all via a simple Google web search. If you’re searching for music, “time to result” is really “time to music.” Now, when you enter a music-related query — like the name of a song, artist or album — your search results will include links to an audio preview of those songs provided by our music search partners MySpace (which just acquired iLike) or Lala. When you click the result you’ll be able to listen to an audio preview of the song directly from one of those partners. For example, if I search for [21st century breakdown], the first results provide links to songs from Green Day’s new album. MySpace and Lala also provide links to purchase the full song.
This feature is presently available in US for now and Google is gradually rolling out to all users. However, seems like it is unexciting for people who love to go for free downloads.

I’m really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility problems? A few of my blog audience have complained about my blog not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any advice to help fix this issue?
