If you are one among iPhone user facing trouble with 3.1 then here is a good news. Apple on Thursday released an update for the iPhone OS, bringing the current version of the OS to 3.1.2. This one fixes some pretty good sized bugs that may be small but important. With this update, Apple has killed three major issue of lost network connection, not waking from sleep mode, and video stream crashing bugs all at once.

Apple said iPhone OS 3.1.2 is compatible with the iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and iPod touch as well. The update is available by plugging your iPhone into your computer and clicking on the update button in iTunes. Once finished, your iPhone will restart and immediately alert you to a Carrier Settings update. This is a very small update that will be completed without needing to restart again.
