16 steps to CHANGE imei number
1. verify bootloader version(ex. 07e0)
2. downgrade the bootloader with flashbackup 2.5 bootloader
3. make a pdsbackup with flashbackup 2.61
4. download file imei_V3 Full Backup (05-03-01_023901)07D0_orig07E0
5. change file extention to .cab
6. open file with Winrar and extract file called “backup”
7. Open extracted file with an hexadecimal editor(ex. XVI32)
8. Find the following string 53 05 87 00 58 85 99
9. in that string, replace that numbers with your new imei number IN INVERTED PAIRS (ex. 53 05 87 00 58 85 99 is 35-50-78-00-85-58-99) note that there are 14 characters instead of 15, this is because you DONT HAVE to write the last number, the phone generates it himself
10. save the file with .bin extention
11. open flashbackup 2.61 and flash file with any 32mb ramldr
12. disable the rsa protection with flashbackup 2.61
13. restore the pdsbackup with flashbackup 2.61 or 2.5
14. restore the first bootloader(ex. 07e0) p2k pst
15. upgrade the bootloader to 0826 p2k pst
16. downgrade 0826 bootloader with scotty downgrader
ready, bootloader 07d0 and all working…
note: you need to have a new imei number to replace the old one.. if you dont have one, use google!!..
