I don't know anything about writing scripts for greasemonkey, but i think this can be implemented. correct me if i am wrong... You don't want to stop anonymous posting, but you want to find this person's identity at any cost! one way is to delete all posts by a particular user and hence check if the post which he had anonymously posted has disappeared or not... now this is very time-consuming procedure (leave alone the fact that people who are innocent might also have their posts removed... I was wondering if it is possible(atleast theoritically) to automate this. ie: we give the inputs : some identifier for the anonymous post, plus a list of suspicious user's identifiers. the addon wil do the job of deleting all posts and checking if the malicious post has been removed. i would appreciate it if someone who knows scripting addons could give a comment on the feasibilty or say he/she can implement this. one thing i can assure you is- its popularity.
