  1. I didn’t quite understand how to use RocketPost when I donwloaded it and there is no manual of any kind for those of us who are super-techs or people with relatively simple questions.

But the biggest problem I found is that support for anything from Anconia – such as when the software or something along the way coughs – is non-existent.

Looks like a nice piece of software, but supporting what you make is important too.

I’d never buy from Anconia again.

  2. Thanks, I love it

Rocket Anconia is very unstable and easily crashes. The support is terrible. I got no response from e-mails and a letter and ended up paying for another upgrade. Don’t know why I bothered because the upgrade started to malfuction too. I great the impression that Rocket Anconia is run from a teenage nerd in a shed: the on-line help is never on. It’s a pity the whole thing is so flaky because when it works it’s okay. My latest problem is that it will not import email lists: just a tad problematic!

I too have exactly the same problem with Rocket anconia – it crashes more often that a Toyota with a jammed accelerator! and the service/support!! There isn’t any! Who do Anconia subcontract the Support Desk to: the North Koreans? Thinking about it I guess they chose the name ‘Rocket’ with some care: the thing launches and then explodes. Buyer beware!
