There isn't any! Who do Anconia subcontract the Support Desk to: the North Koreans? Thinking about it I guess they chose the name 'Rocket' with some care: the thing launches and then explodes. The support is terrible. I got no response from e-mails and a letter and ended up paying for another upgrade. Don't know why I bothered because the upgrade started to malfuction too. I great the impression that Rocket Anconia is run from a teenage nerd in a shed: the on-line help is never on. It's a pity the whole thing is so flaky because when it works it's okay.
