Step 1: Connect the Galaxy S to the PC

With the help of this post i’ll demonstrate How to Root and Un-Root Android mobiles and devices in One Click with the help of 3rd party app One Click Lag Fix. (You can also search “One Click Lag Fix” on android market)

1. Install the applications as described above

a)Either install the apk file.
b)Search on android market for one click lag fix (better option).

2. Click on Application after a successful install

Note: This key process can be used for android devices without camera buttons.

In order to boot Samsung Galaxy S I9000 into recovery mode you should press the volume up button+Power button+Home button (located at middle). So the process should be:
Step 1. Turn your phone off.
Step 2. Hold down “Volume Up keys” +“Home” and press “Power” until the screen light ups.

Actually, locked files are one which is locked by explorer.exe process, which prevents you from deleting the file. In many situations, it is advisable not to touch those files because they might be useful for proper working of your system.  But if you know that it’s not, you may follow this step by step guide to delete that file.

1. Open Command Prompt by typing cmd in the Start Menu search field and hitting the “Enter” button. Keep it open.

2. Locate the file you want to delete.

3. Now, open Task Manager by using “Ctrl+Shift+Esc”. Click the Process tab. Find explorer.exe and click on “End Process” button. (do not close Task Manager)

4. Now go back to the command prompt and locate the file by navigating through directory. Type cd to enter in a particular directory. For example if you want to go through file present in a folder C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\ Folder\ Filename then type the command cd c: \Documents and Settings \My Documents \Folder in the command prompt to go to that folder.

5. Now delete the file using del filename command where filename is the name of file you are deleting.

6. Once the file is deleted, open Task Manager again and click on New Task by going to File > New Task.

7. Type explorer.exe in the box appeared and hit Enter.

Note: Deleting files through cmd commands is an easy process but you should locate it correctly before deleting. Deleting any important Window file or other useful file might cause problem in your operating system.

Enable Right Click in Firefox Using RightToClick:

1. First of all, download and install RightToClick. Once the add-on is installed you will see a golden pointer at the lower right corner of Firefox and also right next to the address bar.

2. When you visit any website which has disabled right click options, click on the mouse pointer and it will enable the right click options on that page. The pointer will turn green as shown below.

3. You can access advanced option either by right clicking on the mouse icon or by going to Tools > Addons and then going to options of RightToClick.

1. First of all, login to your Gmail account and make sure that POP is enabled. To check whether POP is enabled, go to Gmail settings and click on Forwarding and POP tab. Select Enable POP for all mails and Click on save settings.

So, I decided to disable it. You can disable it easily by using a registry hack. Before proceeding, make sure you make a backup of your registry. If you don’t know how to make a backup of your registry, follow the simple steps below:

How to make a backup of your registry

1. Open Start Menu, type regedit and press Enter. This will open registry editor.

2. Go to File > Export and select the destination folder. Also change Export Range to All so it makes a backup of the complete registry.

3. Change Export Range to All so it makes a backup of the complete registry.

4. And you are done. Let’s proceed on how to disable the windows key.

How to Disable Windows Key

1. Open Registry Editor by typing regedit in Start Menu search and press enter.

2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_ MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control.

3. Expand Control folder and open Keyboard Layout folder.

4. Look for this entry “ Scancode Map” and if it doesn’t exist, create a new binary key with this name. To create, On the Edit menu, click Add Value, type in Scancode Map, click REG_BINARY as the Data Type, and then click OK. Or Right Click > New > Binary Value and change name to Scancode Map.

5. Right Click on the key and select Modify. Type 00000000000000000300000000005BE000005CE000000000 and hit Enter.

6. Close the registry editor and restart your computer. Now, you have successfully disabled the window key.

In order to enable it again, follow steps 2 and 3, delete the Scancode Map entry and close the registry editor. It will enable windows key again.

I made this tutorial on Windows 7 but this will work with Windows Vista as well.
Again, I would recommend you to make backup of you registry before trying any registry hack. I wont be held responsible if you mess up your registry.
