Work for a startup company. Here is why it is great.

1. More Say, More Who Listen. Because a startup company usually is in the process of learning the ropes of a business, then every opinion or suggestion is heard and taken to heart. The company’s number of employees is typically small, too, so each person in a startup carries more weight in business decisions. You do not have that mousy existence in the board anymore. Finally, you have an audible voice. Who wants to pass up a job like that?
2. More Sense of Ownership. True, you are not the person who is financing it, or founded it, but you are as close as you can ever be, again because of the number of people in a startup. Usually, employees in a startup have some stock options or equity which gives you a sense of ownership. You are not merely a cog in a startup company. You are a real, live person!
3. More Thrust and Meaning. As with a lot of companies, a startup begins with a strong sense of purpose and a clear and straightforward vision, something that you have been missing in your big company. This is a company whose mission and vision resonates in every hallway and document passed among the employees. Note:Above are the few factors due to which i have a startup named mediaredefined.Do you know, after completing my graduation i don’t ever apply for any jobs and my friends compel me that its a fallaciously doing  by refusing the jobs.But now in the time of recession when no one have security in their jobs, i’m beneficial on my decisions.

These changes have been made in order to make Facebook more user friendly by allowing the users to change settings of almost everything! There are new ways of user-to-user communication in which they can share their content with their peers: application tabs enable users to share unique content from their favorite deep applications, and profile boxes enable users to express themselves in smaller forms than tabs. Application info sections enable users to share structured content from applications on the Info tab. The wall attachment is significantly upgraded by Publisher integration which enables users to easily post content of any type on their as well as their friends’ profiles.

The new Facebook Interface

Some important changes that have been made in Facebook’s Home Page is the addition of a new toolbar which has different tabs for the functionalities of Mini Feed , Top Stories , Status Updates , Photos and posted items from all other users as well. The whole column which previously comprised the added application is shifted from left panel to the right. The “Request and Notification column” are also added. There are also some minute changes like search box placed in the header, a box placed just below the header for allowing the users to update their current status. The status update column has been removed.

There are no profile action links for third party applications. Instead, users interact with their friends using applications in the Publisher box.

FACEBOOK CONNECT

Facebook now enables you to integrate the Facebook Platform with your own website through Facebook Connect. It allows the users of your website to connect their Facebook account and information to your website, find their Facebook friends who also use your site and share information, and actions on your site with their friends on Facebook. Facebook Connect brings the power and flexibility of Facebook Platform, including the REST API and FQL(Facebook Query Language), onto your site, as well as offers new technologies like XFBML and Friend Linking.

FACEBOOK TRANSLATION APPLICATION

Facebook has launched a Translations application which allows translators from all over the world to translate Facebook into different languages. The primary goal is to make Facebook available to everyone in different languages. The translation process consists of two steps: submitting translations and voting for translations. You have to add the Translations Application to translate, review, and vote on translations in your language. Once the translations for your language are complete and their quality has been verified by the community, your language content will be launched for all Facebook users.

i really don’t believe on the video but yes this is quite obvious to happen.
Some one hires group of bloggers and their work is to post 10-20 quality articles daily.How come this is possible it will definitely sucks our day and night.
I event tried this for the months of jan 2008 i work more than 19hrs daily this is reasons why i get more than $1500 out of my blog.But after that i don’t have enough courage to do that amount of work again.It completely kills me if i try to do this again.

A boy walking by a street,their is a wall besides him and his legs keeps on stepping forward.Suddenly he saw some thing on the wall his body seizes,i don’t know why but he starts looking over the wall.It seems that he discover something over their but now the question is what was that thing ?
