How to Bulk Download All Facebook Photo in Windows Computer

Facebook Downloader is a free utility tool that helps you download and retain photographs from Facebook. This tool helps you save copies of the photos on Facebook in your systems local folder. Apart from downloading just your albums, it can also download photos from your friends’ folders.

Facebook Downloader is available for free in the FB Downloader website, and some of its pre-requisites are:

Windows XP or later versions
.NET 4.0 or above

After the utility is downloaded and installed, from the user-friendly interface, you can navigate to the albums you want displayed and select the albums you want to download. You can select friend’s albums you want to see, and select a default folder in your computer when you want to download all the photos. Additionally, you can choose to download these photographs as colour or as black and white photos.

You can download photos, using the following options:

Your Tagged Photos: Select this option if you want to download photos that you have been tagged on.
All Your Photo Albums: Select this option to download all the photo albums you have uploaded.
Your Friends Photos: Select this option to download photos of your friends.

Create Badge on Facebook and Twitter

Badges are the latest thing on social media websites like Twitter and Facebook these days. It appears as part of their profile picture in these sites. For the most part, the reason people were these badges are linked to a particular or multiple causes that they feel associated to. Needless to say, a lot of users can use this without any cause and can still wear a badge as their profile picture for the heck of it cause one likes it.

Before you actually use the different cause badges, you must first enable them. Some of the important causes include Environment, Health, Causes, Status, Brands, Sports, World, Music, Animals, Beliefs, Funny, People, and Entertainment.

To enable the badge option, and add it to your profile picture, navigate to the PicBadges. From that site you can select a badge. Once the badge is selected you have to allow PicBadges to access your account. Once this is done, the badge is automatically enabled on your profile picture.

If you want to create badges for different sites, then the process could be a little different. To create a badge on Facebook, go to the Facebook Badges. If you want to add a badge on your Twitter profile you need to get a badge for your site through the widget.

Preview of withdrawn changes of Facebook fanpages

Few minutes ago facebook rolled out the changes in fanpages but all of them feels like pain to me. For example “login as fanpage” , long list of notifications, no concept of landing page and cluttering of comments in the walls.

Just after testing it for 5 minutes i was disappointed and soon facebook was down. Anyway facebook withdraw the change and if you missed it then here are preview screen shots.

RSS feeds is no new term in the web industry, but now social networks are also grabbing the benefits of subscribe feature. Facebook is now testing a new feature that let users to “subscribe to” to another user. Facebook realized that users have hundreds of friends, and multiple news feeds, so they might miss out on an important update, hence the feature is in testing. This “subscribe to” feature gives you notifications whenever someone to whom you’ve subscribed makes any update on Facebook, from status updates to photo uploads to wall comments.

Nick O’Neill from allfacebook wrote -

Facebook is in the process of testing a new feature which lets you subscribe to all the actions of a specific user. In other words, you can receive notifications anytime a specific user takes an action on Facebook. It also appears to be Facebook’s answer to Twitter’s follow feature. As a Facebook user who has seen the feature explained to us, “By subscribing you don’t miss any updates from people you subscribe to.”

This could also serve as a new engagement opportunity for Pages if Facebook enabled users to subscribe to their activities as well. The result would be a fan count and a “subscriber” count, which is the number of people who are guaranteed to get all of your updates. For the time being it appears to just be a test, however this would definitely change the communications flow within Facebook. It’s also the ultimate stalking tool!

With the live feed already existing, most people does not seems to be missing out on any update. But maybe this feature comes with something more interesting, so does this sound impressive to you? Also note that the new feature doesn’t seem to extend as long as Facebook Places check-ins–Facebook says it only applies to updated statuses and new content.

You Cannot Block CEO Zuck On Facebook

Blocking Mark Zuckerberg – The CEO and founder of Facebook is now not possible, which was supposedly allowed earlier. Like how you could block any other Facebook user, blocking Zuck will show “block failed” error. There is no clear message posted on why he cannot be blocked.

You can try yourself, visit Zuck’s Facebook page and locate “Report/Block this person” link and click on it. In the overlay window that pops up select “block this person”, and then click submit. You should be greeted with the “General Block failed error: Block failed” message. So what does all this mean? Well, most likely, absolutely nothing.

The majority of Facebook users obviously have no reason whatsoever to block Zuckerberg just like they might not have any reason to block many of the other Facebook users. But only reason why people could get upset over this is because the site is maybe too big for this kind of ‘pranks.’ But if you really had a reason to block Zuck, then your hard luck.

The website Block Zuck, very much described by its name, used to have step-by-step instructions on how to block Zuckerberg on his site. However, the feature does not work anymore. It’s doubtful that the move had anything to do with the site as such, but perhaps there really were too many people wanting blocking the CEO. Whatever the reason, all the attention would probably encourage Facebook to say something, or just fix the block issue.
