Your are right,their are specific rules which are “sticky” in every sections of the forums.
Moderators of DP are very strict and if you un follow any of the rules they will sure ban you.
I saw many of the persons getting banned due to “bumping the posts” and “making to many identity”.
One thing that i personally not liked about the DP is “chances of getting hacked”.
