Webroot Spyware is less than professional, I had a hard drive replaced and the geeksquad could not get webroot reactivated. I cancelled service and they would not issue a prorated refund, however Trend Micro who was taking care of the anti virus part did. DO NOT USE WEBROOT GO TREND MICRO I do this for the buyer beware, the $15 that webroot decided to keep is token
